Have you got fresh flowers and want a decorative vessel to display them? Our pottery is intended to compliment your flowers and other displays without being visually overwhelming. Most items are unique with some repetition of color. From simple, organic designs in our anenome vases to bolder, stand alone floor vases, there's something here to tempt you.
Handmade pottery vases. Glazed both inside and out, these stoneware pieces are functional, durable and designed to compliment any design or display objectives. Sizes and glaze results will vary slightly with each individual piece. For a specific view, contact us for additional photos.
If you absolutely can't live with the handmade piece of pottery purchased from us we will understand your request to return for a refund. Our return policy lasts 30 days. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you (email, phone, text, etc.) that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
Should some unforeseen cosmic disturbance, or other delay, interfere with you receiving a refund, please check your selected refund destination account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Alas, sale items are sold "as is" and cannot be refunded.
Please note we insure purchases for the value of items shipped and can (possibly) replace items if they are damaged or broken. Remember that minor imperfections aren't defects, they're part of a unique handmade product and don't affect the functional purpose of the item. If the item purchased is one-of-a-kind, contact us to arrange for a suitable replacement of equal value (if desired). This means we can send photos of what we have and provide an item that will hopefully make you smile as much as the original one.

When returning an item for exchange or refund, you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs. Shipping costs are not refundable. Upon receipt of the returned item we will issue a refund of the purchase price.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed as soon as possible, usually within a couple of days. We try to get them out as soon as we receive your order. Orders are shipped if the carrier (USPS, UPS, etc.) is open, regardless of the day.
If we are away from the studio, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you if this happens. Transit and delivery times are outside our control but please contact us with any concerns and we’ll try to help. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you by your provided contact information.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Currently, we are calculating shipping by weight. Though respectively light compared to some ceramic products, our products are still pottery. We also make the effort to protect your purchase from potential damage which adds to the volume of your package.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur. Contact us if your package tracking isn’t providing enough information.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
Grateful Dad Pottery currently ships to addresses within the U.S. If you are outside the U.S. and want a product from us, contact us and we’ll collaborate on a suitable method of shipping to you.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Grateful Dad Pottery is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Grateful Dad Pottery is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. We do insure shipped items for the value of your purchase.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. Especially be sure to take photos of damaged packages that clearly show packing materials and damage. This will facilitate any claim (we know).
